Double Eagle Limousine Service is owned locally and run by Michael Stanley. Michael moved from Hoosier country to Florida 7 years ago upon retiring. A graduate of Indiana University and a former small business owner, Mike is the father of 8 children and 7 grandchildren. After five years of rest and relaxation Mike was ready to venture into business once again in Sarasota. His love of driving and service to people drove him to the chauffeur business. After driving for another limousine service for a few months in Sarasota he bought a classic limo (on e-BAY, nonetheless)

Best Limo Rates
Double Eagle Limousine Service has NO MINIMUM FEES. You read that right! You pay for only for the minutes you use the limo anywhere in the Sarasota area.
Because there is only one limousine in this "fleet", the service is operated on a "as available" basis. Therefore a first call, first service policy is implemented on all short destinations. No advance reservations are taken for short rentals (under one hour). For customers who wish to be picked up outside the Sarasota area, there is an additional 25% surcharge to cover extended travel expenses.
It is advisable to call approximately 30 minutes prior to your needed pick up time to verify if the limo is available and to give the driver time to get to your location. The peak demand hours vary according to the day of the week, but the request for our service is highest on Fridays and Saturdays. You may encounter a wait during the dinner hours from 6 -7:30 p.m. and again after dinner from 8:30 -10 p.m. and, predictably, at the bar closings at 2 a.m. If we are unavailable for immediate pick up, we will give you an estimated arrival time. Again, it is first called, first served policy, unless you reserve the limo for more than one hour.
For those who prefer to have the chauffeur wait for them, but are reticent to pay the full $80 per hour while they dine or shop, we offer a fifty per cent discount for non-occupied interludes. The limousine is equipped with a dual stop watch which accurately records both the travel time and the waiting time. Wait time is any occasion you are outside the limousine and request the chauffeur to remain available for your exclusive use. The charge for waiting time is $40 per hour, which is one half the normal hourly rate. You may request the chauffeur to wait for you anytime, while you shop, dine or stroll on the beach, thus insuring your limo is always at your disposal. This eliminates the possibility that the limousine will be rented to other clients and unavailable when you need it.
Limousine Amenities
Appropriate for any business occasion, corporate event or wedding by day, but at dusk this limo magically transforms itself into a spectacular PARTY limo! Just turn up sound from the XM Satellite radio or the Pioneer CD system (no boring old radio here) and the bass reverberates from the Boston speaker system and floods the limousine with your favorite music (and you can make it as loud as you like!). Next, turn on the four neon tube lights from your personal control panel and the limo is bathed in the soft glow of green neon and makes for some great photo ops. To really get into the party spirit turn on the revolving spot light inside and have the driver turn on the flashing, mu lti co lo red undercarriage light bars outside and you’ve completely transformed the once prim and proper limousine into a party machine on wheels!
For those that are less adventurous or more romantically inclined, the limo interior can be softly accented instead, with pleasant blue mini-spotlights, and/or a white neon glow that reflects off the three tiered, full length mirrored ceiling on the roof. The black lacquered bar, backlit with soft white lighting and blue neon tubing, is always open. The two built-in ice chests are filled with ice, ready to keep your beverages as cold as you'd like them. Atop the bar there are ten fine glass tumblers. Inside the mirrored recessed bar you’ll find six gold embossed wine goblets and four crystal champagne flutes - perfect for the elegant occasion. There are three crystal decanters atop the bar, as well as a recessed champagne bucket near the front, for your use.
If all that isn't enough, for your further entertainment there are two (yes two!) DVD screens, front and back, as well as a television screen built right into the center of the bar. Built into the ceiling at the rear of the limo are all the controls for lighting, climate and sound. Of course, you’ll have complete privacy with the dark tinted windows and the upholstered sliding partition sealing you into the back. Finally, there is a two-way intercom to give the chauffer the proverbial command…“Home, James.”
